Atlanta Airport
Sep 29, 2018
This is my view from inside the Atlanta terminal. The clouds look ominous, but no storms are predicted in this area. By the time I board the plane later this evening I will have traveled by car for 3 hours (from The Folk School in Brasstown, NC) and slogged around the airport for an additional 7+ hours. They won’t even check my luggage until I’m within the “4-hours before boarding” time frame. Argh. In my mind I want to be exploring every nook and cranny of all the terminals because there is a lot to see at the Atlanta airport. The walkway between terminals is littered with sculpture- huge beautiful sculptures- stone and metal. Walking is good, so instead of taking the tram, I choose to walk. I am on a visual safari.
Oh wait, cute dog!
Must stop and get acquainted.
His “person” is a nice young man. Very polite and well spoken. He says he travels everywhere with his dog.
